Check-in
- From 14:00 hours
Check-out
- Until 12:00 hours
Late check-out
- Until 18:00 hours - 50% of the cost of one night stay is charged
(the service is provided subject to the availability of free rooms)
Booking cancellation
- The given rule defines an order of cancellation of booking
- In case of cancellation of booking till 2 days before date of arrival the penalty is not paid.
- In case of cancellation of booking after this term or in a case not arrival 100 percent from cost of the first night of residing are paid.
Children and extra beds
- Free! All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
- All children under 2 years are charged RUB 1000 per person per night for children's cots/cribs.
- All older children or adults are charged RUB 1000 per person per night for extra beds.
- The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.
- Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
- Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately when checking out.
Pets
- Pets are not allowed.
